As I said, Asset Management own PB, the council own the freehold. Do you want telephone numbers or something?

Not according to BCC

taken from the article:

As for the council's stance regarding the future of Perry Barr Stadium, a spokesman said: "The city council owns the freehold of the Perry Barr Greyhound Stadium, while the Corbally Group are the long-term leaseholders – so any redevelopment on the site must be agreed with the council as the landowner and through its planning process, in line with local and national policy.

According to the Land Registry details:

1. The freehold of Perry Barr Stadium is owned by Birmingham City Council.

2. There is a long leasehold interest of 99 years running from 17 January 1986. The lease was originally granted by the Council to Perry Barr Greyhound Racing Club Limited. The Land Registry shows this long leasehold as now being owned by St Francis Group (Perry Barr) Limited. It was acquired from the Perry Barr Greyhound Racing Club Limited by St Francis in July 2015.

According to Companies House, the St. Francis company is part of the Corbally Group and the company  has subsequently changed its name to Corbally Group (Perry Barr) Limited.

3. There is a short leasehold interest of 15 years running from 15 July 2013. This short lease was originally granted by the Perry Barr Greyhound Racing Club Limited to GRA Limited. This company (and effectively the underlying lease) was acquired by Arena Racing Corporation Limited in 2019. The lease is subject to a charge held by an Irish registered lender (TFB Mortgages).

I do not know if this Irish company is linked to the National Asset Management Agency (an Irish government backed organisation) referred to in the earlier posts.

What a tangled wicked Web property development weaves.

Especially this one, apparently a Mr PJ Kelly is a director of Corbally Group (Perry Barr) and several others which at one time or another totalled 96 directorships https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/XFQxt_lQsAnD5bcctGx62nSRddE/appointments so maybe he is a person who could give the Brummies some hope in the near future, on the other hand most of his appointments appear to be in the property development area of which he has fingers in many pies, some of which are Irish which brings us back to NAMA and tangled webs etc etc.

That may actually be a very good idea, could be one of the few occasions the break even figure is reached.

Didn't Tony Mole apply one of the years Newport were first unable to run it and the Council said no?  If he didn't I've obviously mis remembered!
