Hope he applies this policy to B'ham ! :t:

Easier said than done in Speedway.Especially when it is not your money involved in assembling the Team.

I'm a bit lost Pete....are the Leicester fans doing the stabbing ?

It's just my assumption that as soon as Leicester make a team change, and the same rider is at Birmingham post on here start to spread gossip. ie back stabbing .

Someone said on twitter that he texted Dan's dad that he was sacked? So passed it over to the parent to do it! :nono:

At least do it on facetime or something, so kinda face to face!

I think you will find that communication through the twins father Darren is the family’s preferred method as the same happened to Joe at Scunthorpe Rob Godfrey let Darren know that they were making team changes .

Looking at how we can improve the team ?

Hagon in for J.T and Batchelor in for Wright ??

Haven't got a clue what averages we've got to play around with ?

I think Morris will be gone as well after his performance tonight. Think if he doesn’t score well for lions tomorrow he will be gone from them 2.

Surely you take advantage of nicks average dropping, presumably end of month then make your changes? Nick presumably drop to about 8 gives you 2.5 to play with?

His 2023 Ave' is 6.49, away is 5.20  and Yesterdays new green sheets has Brummies on 39.61, while Poole are on 39.87 !! :o

Fair enough I know not had many qualifying meetings this season but thought drop more than that. Is it 10 or 20 meetings? Does anyone really know? Lol

It's quite hard to judge how good / bad riders are performing, only going by their scores. Many are suggesting dropping Joe T rather than James P.

Based solely on their scores, makes perfect sense, however if James was at 6 & Joe at 7, would their scoring be different?

At tonights match, Pearson beat Kinsley 2-1 but didn't beat any other riders, while Joe fell in heat 2, but then never met another reserve, only racing Oxford's in form top 5! I guess you'd have to be at the match to judge them better?

Pearson was miles better than Joe tonight (and Dan was pretty underwhelming too).

However I would be very wary about reading too much into a single match on a very tricky track.
