Sarjeant is retired and I think josh will stay now that we have the track for another year but with the uncertainty he was definitely burning the ears off other promotions for next year at the end of the season.

Didn't realise Jame had retired and I hope Josh stays... Back to the drawing board lol

Can see Hume ending up further south in 2023, but Matty Wethers is on 5.36 and could easily hold that average with his past experience at the Dale.  Still an asset too I think.

Assuming Newcastle's matches are removed from averages (same as what happened to Eastbourne) Wethers will be on a 6.47 ave.

Don’t think Pickering will be back. Wouldn’t be that excited by Hume either. As I said on another thread, if we’re looking for someone at that sort of average I’d approach Dillon Ruml.

Is Ace at Championship level?

1) as Ruml got his average based at reserve for 90% of his fixtures, I'd rate Hume higher as he spent more time in the top 5.

2) before his last match of the season I'd have said it was too early for Ace in the Champ. But after he beat Masters at Redcar I quickly changed my mind!

think first 3 defo going to be in there lasse and i also think hook will be back both worth another year at Armadale maybe broc nichol or dillion ruml and around 3 points left for reserve can’t see pipers riding in the same team as pretty sure theo will want to give Ace as much help advice at meetings if he is going to ride championship and he can’t really do that if he is riding in the same team

But I imagine it would be more difficult if they rode in different teams, especially as Ace is too young to drive.

Given the Reduced points, someone will want to snap him up IMO.Think he is talented enough to give it ago.Age is just a number.

Performance at U21 and Redcar show he's ready but I'm sure Theo will have a big day of or where he ends up

Ace has a championship place. I think there is a high chance that Theo will ride for the same team.

1. Josh Pickering 8.92

2. Theo Pijper 4.43

3. Kye Thomson 6.60

4. Michele Castagna 4.93

5. Craig Cook 8.23

6. Cameron Heeps 4.33

7. 3.56

I don’t think you’re a million miles away from what we’ll end up with, pretty certain Jacob will be back though.

I think Heeps would be worth the gamble on that average, he averaged around 8.5 at Armadale in 2019. We’re probably more likely to bring Lasse back though.

I’m sure we’ll be looking for someone to double down with the Devils - possibly Bailey, Bickley or Complin.

Not exactly doing cartwheels at this team. 40 point limit a lot to answer for. What would the Roo Boy’s average be?
