Yep, I know! Poole have no reason to block it and under what grounds?

Fans just want to blame someone and we are the nearest target I guess.

If indeed anyone has kicked off about it, its just as likely (more?) to be Scunny!

Incidentally I gather the delay is down to Glasgow wanting an immediate facility for the Pole had it been announced today without him being available til later in the week.

So Glasgow want to cheat then? No wonder someone kicked off!

What utter bs. Everyone knows the rules. We had to suffer them before when signed nowak for sedgy and used Thomas at Poole and Leicester. Just open your mouth and letting belly rumble as usual

In order to sign a rider. The rider needs to have a starting permission from the clubs/countries in which they are riding but specifically from the country in which their license is held. No starting permission has been sought by Glasgow from the PZM I am told. It would appear they have jumped the gun and are now having to get them done. He should be good for Friday

One person has pointed out that because he’s got an assessed average of 5 in the Premiership, that would be converted to 7.5 for the Championship.

If that’s the case, he wouldn’t fit - but have there been occasions where that’s not been followed? I don’t have the rulebook, so I don’t know if that applies mid-season or is between seasons.

The poster was saying that the conversion rate of 1.5 should be applied but that is not the case with assessed riders.

It’s quite clear that that is not the case.

I am confused. Is someone able to explain this please? I’d like to understand how this is meant to work (regardless of whether this is the issue or not).
