There seemed to be a lot of people very disappointed that Poole fans haven't acted more hysterically to this signing. Most of the posts I've seen from Poole fans seem to accept they've been out manouvered. Anyway it will all be decided on track at the end of the day.

Exactly! Not a lot fans can do about it. May as well just crack on with it. Not like we can win it every year, won last two and good that end of season has 4 very competitive teams at least, plus Scunny if they can up their form slightly.

Didn’t Poole (and many other clubs) spend the beginning of the season chasing Keynan Rew, a rider that would have initially come in on a 5.00 in both leagues?

Would there have been uproar then?!

Depends on who he signed for..... ;) :P

What would he come in on now? Presumably 6 as he's still a 4 for Ipswich?

:drink:An absolutely ridiculous rule/loophole but fair play to Glasgow for going for it. Rules are there to be bent as Poole fans well know.

whoever decided that assessed averages in both leagues should be the same needs to give their head a wobble.

either way, go on the Tigers

from what i have been told it was discussed at the AGM and was approved so any clubs could have used it

Don't worry Tigers fans, even with the strongest team in the Championship after the Tarasenko signing, Cammy will still find a way to lose the Final :drink:

Hypothetically of course, but if Tarasenko were to be injured/ill/stuck in Poland etc etc then Tigers would be stuck with r/r (Vissing + reserves x 3) which would make victory a tough proposition.

What? You haven't heard! Peterborough's last match (currently with no date and no bearing on the play-offs) is going to be on 30 October

True but not every club could afford the calibre of Tarasenko. No I don’t know what he’s on before anyone says it but doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out an extraliga rider is going to be riding in the championship for a championship rate.

Don't think the Pirates fans have got their nickers in a twist over this signing at all. I've seen no real evidence of it on here so far. (That may change should we loose to the Tigers in the final).;):D. The rider was available for any team to sign and on that average is a real steal. Congratulations Tigers on what looks like a great bit of business. I do agree with others that the rules themselves are an arse and need looking at. Now how can we get Lindback into our lineup? :D.
