Mate, your the worst kind of sports fan. A jumped up ego maniac with their nose up the arse of whoever you think is important. Couldn't give a monkeys how I look it's a forum, you know where you put opinions out. I never said complin wouldn't come just didn't want him. Same with Harris. Stand by it neither signing make sense. Now run along like the sycophant you are to get your next bit of "Insider knowledge". Absolute bore

Again what you want? Party hat and a balloon? Blue Peter badge? You won't be alone on this forum. Difference is rest don't act like you and I have bit of respect for. You're ego is so big you just have to be the person in the know or you'll have to cry yourself to sleep. Pretty sad existence in my book

Complin could be half decent if he has lost some bulk and is on some better kit. His style should suit the Glasgow circuit too.

Some decent gating would be preferable, not his forte and always harder coming from the back if not on decent equipment.

Underwhelming signing, Complin's comeback has been disappointing so far. The 4 point average is assessed, he actually averaged only 3.09 (3.47 inc bonus pts) over 11 championship meetings. Even the promo video is about past glories, I remember him being good with Sheffield, Stoke and Berwick but that was 10-20 years ago.

However given the weakness of the Championship reserves due to the 40 point limit I'm sure he'll do well at home. His lack of gating ability might be a problem on the road.

The bonus is the weakness of the reserves should hold his own in that department especially at home.It shows the decline of the sport when riders of his age are much wanted.( not knocking Lee just the system). He will probably earn his money easier today than when in his prime.

Given how the team has been put together with the present points limit, who would you have had instead with the four points available?

I am pretty sure his gating improved towards the end of the season as he had Tony Starke helping him in the pits with his clutch and bike set up with lee coming back after having time out and with extra weight he was carrying  he had to change the type of clutch plates and tyre pressures he used ,he has also lost a great deal of weight and hopes to lose more  over the winter and think people will see a slimmer  Lee Complin come the start of the season think the racing at glasgow will be pretty exciting with the team or racers Glasgow will have

I can remember hime destroying the 3rd bend bench when tangling with Trent Leverington and walking back to the pits

I believe that was another incident with Ricky Ashworth who got tangled up with Trent and they both went into the third bend fencing at full speed.

Lee went completely over the third bend bench during the second meeting of a doubler-header (i think it was during the same season) and he bust his ankle. Stoke were the second visitors that day. The first meeting featured the infamous race where Phil Morris put David McAllan into the home straight fence, ending his career.

Sickens me that waste of space right turner is gp director. One of the filthiest moves I've ever witnessed. Was a miracle he got out the stadium that day

He didn't have good meetings for Plymouth v Redcar & Glasgow at the end of the season. But was very good in the dead rubber v Poole in the playoffs

Complin was very poor at Newcastle, take away those home matches (he'll never have to race at Brough Park again) and he averaged 3.86 (4.43) which is a decent "away" average for a 4.00 rider.

Taking into account all his Champ level matches (inc guesting) minus his Newcastle home matches and he averaged 4.32 (4.72).

Away from Brough Park he did much better!
