Secondly with both Edinburgh and Redcar needing a guest can they use same one? Howarth could ride for Edinburgh and Redcar (fixture permitting) but riders from the other group can't guest? Unfortunately in his third ride Charles had a horror crash in the first bend. We have spoken to Charles and he has a broken collarbone which is getting operated on now. He also has fractures to ribs and vertebrae which will be assessed after the operation. It's a devastating way for his season to end. Oh well I dont think r/r would work, i doubt it it necessary to use the same rider every match, I think they could use Howarth for home matches. Sometimes you have to be “lucky” with how situations arise. Also not sure Redcar have the financial clout of Glasgow to make it happen.
