It's a variation of the premises licence for a maximum of 3 weekend 'events' per annum plus drive-in movies in school holidays. The stadium leaseholders - GI - are NOT looking to run these things themselves, merely hire out the stadium to potential event organisers for a rental fee - similar to and in addition to speedway. Steve always says how much he likes riding at 3 and feel Ben would ride better with the reserves imo.
