He will keep to the same line about the numbers game, he won't say anything against Poole I can assure you.

Obviously he won't say anything against Poole as it's not in his interest to burn any bridges, King as been around long enough to know that but the fact is Poole decided on keeping Worrall and not him,all this stuff about getting an offer he couldn't refuse is just a way of justifying their decision, I'm sure Steve Worrall had plenty of offers also.

Possibly wants the security of a Club who have more certain future with Poole Stadium site prime development land and no assurance re tenancy after 2024.

Even if BCP try ro offer new site in return for changing covenants over current site it could be 18 to 24 months to get planning permissions and new stadium built.

I disagree with that, all speedway riders know anytime they sign for a team it is likely to only be for one season unless they are signed on a longer deal and that isn't the case with Danny King and Redcar.

Danny actually said he would like to come back to Poole hopefully in a couple of seasons.

The rumour about a former Aussie Pirate potentially returning could it be Grajczonek?

Or Davey Watt, wouldn't mind either, Batchelor could be another one, he's not signed for anyone yet

Judging by both Josh's and Davey's Insta updates, neither are looking to return to UK - or could it all be a smokescreen?

Nobody commented about the possibility of Tungate when he was mentioned previously - even to slag off the suggestion?!

Admittedly his converted average would rule him out anyway.

You’re just teasing again, aren’t you?! Tungate seems to have settled into a “ride for a wage rider” only interested in going where the money is good. There’s hardly a clamour for his services. Was there not a rumour that he’d asked for a fixed payment from a PL team in 2022 that would have made him one of the highest paid riders in UK?

With all local media full of all the AFC Bournemouth takeover and the Big Sky Boxing fight in Bournemouth on Saturday, I'm sure any Poole announcements will be timed precisely to get maximum coverage!

BTW the next edition of the Piratecast Live video, with special guest, is provisionally scheduled for Weds 21st December............;)

Ah yes, just seen the notification go up on YT it is with Danny Ford.

Some great news for the Pirates and their Matchday DJ Karlito! Following some very positive feedback after this year's Cardiff GP (and all Pirate meetings!)

Karlito has been confirmed as the official stadium DJ/Music Presenter for all rounds of the 2023 Speedway Grand Prix series!  #sweetcaroline:t::t:
