Poole are proving themselves to be a good cup team, nothing more. The 2 best teams in the league were Leicester and Glasgow and that's a fact

I tipped Glasgow at the start of the season and I'd argue that with the same injury luck as Leicester & Poole they'd have done it, losing Ostergaard & Hume absolutely knocked the stuffing out of them and Cook has never been the same since his cluster of summer knocks and crashes.

I think you will find Poole won the playoffs last season and are also in the final again this season, so not just a cup team, and that's a fact , if you care to look through the record books Poole are definitely not just a cup team

I'm pretty sure that Poole's drubbing of Glasgow in the semis puts paid to the suggestion that they are one of the two best teams in the league. I think you'll find that the two best teams have been Poole and Leicester regardless of the league table and even Edinburgh knocked Glasgow out of the KO Cup. Glasgow have been dominant at home abut not so good away which is where it really counts.

He is just trying to get Skidder to bite I think.

Absolutely, the league positions doesn't lie. Yes Poole look very strong now and  will probably win the playoffs.

But Play off’s are over two legs same as a cup competition they are referring to the final league positions over a season.

Leicester 1st

Glasgow 2nd

Not really difficult to understand is it.

Oh wait I just realised who I was quoting , maybe it is too difficult.

We have finished top and lost out in the playoffs, so don't come out with that crap

It’s a fact not crap as you say.

Crap is what generally comes out your mouth.

The first available date for the Jubilee (200 years since the Queen took the throne at this rate) Cup competition will be October the 28th for all 3 clubs (weather permitting) but as it is over 3 legs we'll be in November before it culminates. Who on earth dreamed up this idea?

1) is there anything wrong with that?

2) I'd rather be champions, than considered the best team (but not champions)

What's wrong with 23rd 25th or 26th?

At least two of the clubs have had blank dates since the finalists were known, so there's no good excuse for leaving it till the end of October

Genuinely who cares anymore? Just bin it. It was brought in to give teams extra home meetings and it did that. Now it's just a distraction none of the club's seem bothered about.

I feel like I've became more apathetic since one night in Poole happened

I still care... if they start a competition they should finish it, if only for credibility's sake.

Credibility? In British speedway? Come on you know better than that lol.

Honestly if determined to go ahead, Glasgow should pull out add a 10 heat 2nd half to each of the play off finals job done.
