Don't forget Lawson wasn't fully fit in the early part of the season. For a rider of his calibre in a league not as strong as it was a few years back, 7.91 is easily achievable. You won't any improvement on that, but you should get a decent solid (second?) heat leader

Lawson rode through the pain barrier for most of the season with a damaged knee. He needs an op in the winter!!

In fairness, and with respect to NKI, they were all better at their peak. I'd argue they all probably still are.

Disagree when it comes to league racing. NKI had a few years as the top rider in the Polish league.

Never won a world title granted but prime league NKI is as good as any of those riders have been ij league racing .

He can still do a great job I reckon :)

Toft. Klindt and Pickering your heat leaders for next year ?

I heard a whisper yesterday that Lynn are  trying to sign an out n out No.1 from abroad. How true it is i don't know. But it would tie in with Lawson on the move as rumoured.

Jorgensen shouldn’t be anywhere near a team place at lynn

I would have agreed prior to this season just gone. But I think he actually showed the desire and commitment on the away tracks this season.Imo he was probably one of our better riders over the course of the season.Having said that he again like Lawson may have done himself out of a team place with his average ending up too high.Yet someone like Pickering who flattered to deceive will be in high demand because his average is so low.

Speedway is kind of crazy where riders seem to be rewarded for having a poor season previous, then the ones who have a good season previous seem to be on tenterhooks as to whether they will be rewarded with a team place the following season.
