I think that you find with KK in the UK he has done well when he has had two solid heatleaders in front of him.

If you are asking him to be in your top two he has and will fail.

Not sure why he has been put at 5 really. Our top five should be solid enough to put anyone anywhere and I've have thought 2,3 or 4 would have been better to ease him back in.

He's better than 000

Absolutely, and he's not being asked to do what he used to do when he was at his best. We just need him to score a solid 6 or 7 every week with the odd better score and he should be well capable of that.

I'd take KK over Worrall without a shadow.

Worrall was only wanted by one person close to Lynn as they panicked over negotiations with Tungate

If I was a Stars supporter I’d say even a NL rider is a better option than KK right now.

Worrall would be a significant improvement on what they have.

Klindt  was with Lynn before and ended up departing. He is inconsistent. yes he shone with Poole but that was in the second tier the championship league. Unfortunately as you are aware there is not much choice out there and if not careful Peterborough will end up taking there pick and we will be left in dire straights. Kildemand is a must, such a stylish rider to watch and a rider who can pass when he don’t gate. Bring Richie Worrall back to replace Jorgensen who I’ve never rated due to his inconsistency. Tungate would fit in as a number 2 or 4 and probably push for the third heat leader spot. As for Zager he is used to riding on GB Tracks.Craig Cook is a rider who can give you a bag full of points however at times he suffers with low motivation issues.I can remember going to a pre season supporters meeting and Buster saying he has queues of riders wanting to come to Kings Lynn. Where are they now?

I've never understood comments like this, if Jorgensen is inconsistent on a 6.3 average that means for every 3 point score, he gets 9 in another fixture etc. If he scored 9 every week, his average would be higher & he wouldn't fit in the team! Speedway riders are not robots, you cannot guarantee to find a 6 point rider who will only ever score 5,6 or 7 points!

He’s a home track rider only. Very poor on away tracks considering he’s been around with Lynn into his sixth year I would expect his knowledge of away tracks would have been learnt by now. That explains my comment in a nutshell. It’s teams that win all home meetings and a few away that win titles.

TJ averaged 6.71 at home vs 5.70 away last year, not a big difference!

6+2 for KK in Poland today, that's all Lynn need him to do.

Agree but he needs to do it on these shores. Tracks as mentioned before are different to over here. Basically he needs to hit the ground running. Just remains to be seen how long the management will give him to put his act together

Absolutely, if he's still in the team then it needs to start on Thursday. No excuses.

I’m afraid another duck and he’s got to go.

A speedway rider from Kings Lynn

would often go out for a spin

 when he came a cropper

 it was good and proper

and now he’s packed it in.

Absolutely has to start Thursday. Watching him at Sheffield i'm not convinced he has the motivation though. He bottled it into the first turn and was well off of the pace at the back in the 2 races he finished. Jason Edwards looked faster. We will see Thursday i guess:t:

Such an enigma. Wobbled round for a few rides before winning his last programmed ride from absolutely nowhere at a canter… before running stone last again in heat 14.

He’s a very complicated rider/person, that’s for sure but there is still potential there to be half decent.

Sadly "half" decent is not good enough.

It would be with the way this team has been designed though. He's not being asked to hit double figures every week.

We signed Cook before. Ended in tears.

Indeed, as did his stint at Sheffield last season.

The premiership clubs with ex rider team managers tend to attract the cream. I think riders respect them more and the team managers know just how to get the best out of their riders. Lemon Bellevue,  Stead Sheffield & Ipswich Louis & Hawkins.

Peter Adams a notable exception to that rule - probably along with Middleditch, Rossiter and Boocock the most capable club team manager of the last 30 years. Don't think he was ever a rider. Rob Lyon and Stewart Dickson also not too shabby for non-riders
