What is the excuse for him not representing his team in the Pairs at Leicester on Thursday?

Reported figure is £400 fixed for the entire meeting. Can't blame anyone not based in the UK not wanting to do it

I don't think that figure is 'reported' anywhere. I used it for effect in a post although with no basis to know that its correct. Shared event fees are notoriously poor though whatever the true figure is

Even if there was a £3,000 earnings for the winners, Laguta & Sayfutdinov still wouldn't turn up, why should they.

Begs the question why should fans bother to turn up if their team’s riders cannot be arsed?

Can't see it would make a great deal of difference. The very few that do travel will go anyway

Laguta is absolutely fine judging by his score in Poland, be interesting to see if he does turn up. And if not what the reason is for it

It's well-established now, that a medical certificate can be issued by a Doctor for injuries and conditions that are not suited to "technical British tracks" whilst still allowing a rider to compete on Polish tracks!

Utter Farce if hes allowed to do that , also means all teams will be able to sign riders just for home matches in the future

Didnt BV get told no to Woffinden doing this ,

Maybe they haven’t asked, they’re just finding out how long they can get away with it.

He'll be doing just home meetings

If this is true, does that mean KL can expect to get a facility (guest, r/r) for his absence in away matches? That saves Buster money, but would be the ultimate p1ss take. Amateur sports have more credibility in the way they are run.

Medical certificates will cover away meetings, there's nothing the BSPL could do about it to be honest.

I still don't see this happening though

I think it could be in his contract, same as Emil and Doyle.

Pretty sure Doyle would have been there if it wasn’t for his rearranged Polish fixture. He done most if not all the Pairs meetings he could last year. Low pay or not he’d have done it. But that’s Doyle for you.

Emil perhaps but think Doyle would've turned out had it not been for rearranged Pllish fixture
