Plymouth Gladiators 2023

Once you make a signing like morley , a trapper who is dreadful away fromĀ  home as a strengthening move it just shows what a bad job youve made of team building in the first place Ā .

I like garry may as hes a straight talker essentially but they cocked it right up.Ā

The one person last yr who improved a bundle esp at plymouth was bowtell, way better than morley and n2 all last yr , who could get a few away, they let him go too incorporate a rider, starke who looked completely shot .

Everybody hates poole but they get it right 9 yrs out of 10 team building.

Who beat them at Plymouth!

Oh yeah, forgot about that! No wonder Mike wants the team changed and Lewy has given up on posting!Ā

That is because Poole have a team for whatever limit whether it is 36, 42 or 45. So if other clubs think that by having a lower limit it will hurt Poole, it won't. There is always a plan!Ā :D

Phillips has thrownĀ lot of money at Turner and blocked him from riding NL that would have helped him. Question is at what point will heĀ  cut his losses?

Why would he block him from racing NL? Wouldn't that benefit both Turner & Plymouth?

As someone has correctly pointed out, the team is struggling due to the top 4 struggling as a whole.

Howarth has been shocking, Barker and Worrall up and down and Starke awful until his sacking. Top heavy sides need their top riders performing nigh on every meeting and if they don't, well the results are what they have produced so far.

If the comments made on here about the team spirit being poor etc are true then it is absolutely down to the manager to do something about it. May has without doubt got a good track record as a team manager from his Somerset days.

It is fair to say, most would of expected Howarth, Worrall and Barker to be doing a bit more this season than they have done.
