Klindt and Pickering out due to illness.Harris guests for Klindt and RR for Pickering.

Perhaps the BSPL will suspend the mandatory absences for illness until next season and in Klindts case if he at some point joins a club in the UK

I was thinking if King's Lynn were hoping to sign Jakobsen next season they would prefer him on a 5.04 and not a 7+.Maybe he will be rested tomorrow unless Lynn aren't interested in him for next season. They maybe thinking along the lines of S.Lambert at reserve next season and not Jakobsen-_-:(

Hope not in my opinion S.Lambert is not good enough for the premier league.

Can't see what there is to be gained really. Also a lot of bugs around at the moment. But who knows.

Apparently it keeps their averages down if they miss tonight's meeting, don't know if it's true but have read it on a thread somewhere.

No he's not, that was meant to be tongue in cheek. They won't go down that line I'm sure.

Wonder how much they are getting paid to be ill.

Why would they get paid for being ill?Pickering's average is low enough now for whoever gets him next season.Klindt I'm unsure really his average is about 7.5 unsure if that is good or not for someone to pick up.If you compare it with R.Lambert's average then that isn't a good average for him.

Surely they'd get them down further by riding and scoring badly? Seems tonight's scores won't count anyway.

All they are doing is missing out on a pay packet.

I read if Freddie misses this meeting he won't qualify for a new average and keep the 5.04. Otherwise his average will be 7ish if he starts the meeting. I don't know if it is correct or not. If it is correct and he starts tonight i expect he won't be back, or Alex is to honest;)

Picko's average is lower than Richies and TJ's . He will have no problem finding a ride next season on 6.14 .  Richard could of rode himself out of a job imho. In Sept his average went from 6.27 to 7.91. Equal 5th in the league .  After Doyle, it's Holder 8.61, Kurtz 8.24, Masters 8,00, Lawson 7.91.

If as some people are saying the scores from tonight won't count towards the averages,I assume that would keep Jakobsen on his 5.04 average as this meeting won't count.

I suppose it depends how they might look at it Tel. If the scores don't count towards the averages then the meeting   shouldn't count as meetings completed, but this is speedway :t:

If as you say is correct it should be made clear this is the case before now .
After Saturday stock car meeting and yesterday monsoon like conditions would interesting to no the state of the track as well - one thing for certain the original staging date for this meeting would have been 100% better conditions on and off track

I heard the track was bladed either before or after the stock cars cant remember now.So I would like to think the track would be laid today.

And it’s been a drying day weather wise so the track shouldn’t be a problem.

I have a feeling that it’s no Robert lambert and jack smith will deputise. Why would he take smith all that way to be a no8. Not fair on him. So I bet he replaces lambert late on as a Nl rider

Your ‘feeling’ is correct & it’s Smith for Robert Lambert
