Fair play to Leicester for potentially giving up the second leg at home, one wonders if the same would happen t'other way round.

I will go with yes seeing as we were supposed to have second leg in QF and SF but didn't end up having it cos of the weather. Plus Bates has seen that having the second leg didn't help Sheffield much. Sometimes better to be in front after first leg.

With more rain forecast tomorrow.

Im 300miles away and theres no rain, if there was rain it wouldn't actually be wet rain…. Poole clearly just angling to get the second leg at home. Cheating as usual

I am only a mere fan looking at a weather forecast. I have no knowledge of this dry rain you speak of. We do a lot of angling in Poole but you appear to be fishing for something else.

Let's be honest all this weather talk from the Pirates fans is about having the 2nd leg so they can have the advantage of holding any "golden heats" on their home track if they are required. Golden heats should never be used to decide a Championship and would make a mockery of the sport (again) if they were. A simpler solution would be to say that in the event of a draw then the team that won the league are crowned champions, everybody knows where they stand and there's no need for the constant jockeying from Poole to get the 2nd leg.

No jockeying just simple planning  and sensible discussion with which Leicester have agreed. The Lions clearly don't give a toss as they are going Prem in any case!! :-)

It is clearly jockeying from the fans perspective or else there wouldn't have been hundreds of pages on the vs Plymouth, vs Glasgow and now vs Leicester threads going on about the topic.

If the Lions have "agreed" to let Poole run the 2nd leg then sadly I am inclined to agree with you that they don't give as much of a toss as the fans or as they should.
