Leicester have tried i walked my dog past the stadium this morning & a few cars there & sounded like tractors going round. But equally Leicester now get what they wanted the 2nd leg. Yes true they get the second leg now and with Howarth not well I suspect these things may have influenced their decision. It is a shame and I know we have had a lot of rain over the last couple of days but I would have thought with a dry day it could have been sorted. IanBrannan
For the conspiracy theorists, here’s a look at the track. It’s a swamp, everyone was ready to go but it’s simply not safe as Stewart explains in the video.. https://fb.watch/gjFLaGwnQ0/ 2

The base of the track is struggling and will provide too much grip, meaning riders can’t turn the bike . Ultimately Stewart as track curator & promoter as well as team manager has his name above the door. If a rider goes through the fence he is liable, and he doesn’t feel it’s safe. Look at the video you can see it, so yes it’s sunny, but that ain’t gonna dry out until tomorrow basically.

IainB
On a serious note... how on earth are clubs supposed to "promote" their biggest matches of the season at this time of year... it's totally ridiculous!

I know people will cite examples from occasions down the years when competitions have been completed late in the season but since the introduction of the pay offs it seems to be happening EVERY season. Before the pay offs the leagues were often settled long before the final weeks of the season and it was just the KO Cup that got pushed to the end... now more often than not it's the main competition itself.
