The Leicester promotions hope that taking the meeting into November, with The idea that the Cooks disappear down under, won’t work. So blade ALL of the dirt off of a 300 metre track and relay it... in the rain? Get real. Also if the Cooks do disappear off to Aussie, Poole should only be allowed NL riders to replace them.

Perhaps, if Leicester can’t sort their track out, the meeting needs to be run at Wolverhampton or Peterborough.

I'd love a peek at that medical certificate though!
scoobydoo
Simon Lambert missed a meeting for Peterborough at Workington i believe as he was getting married, a guest facility was granted for his absence due to the fact his wedding was obviously arranged well in advance and the meeting he was unavailable for was a rearranged meeting due to the original dste being called off, as Howarth is getting married in Mexico the facility should be available also to Leicester.

Where do find the equipment to pick up and store perhaps 15-20 tons of soaking wet shale , where do put it and where do you find the unpaid volunteer staff to do all this. Even if you could somehow get the wet shale off where do you get hold off another 10 tons of dry shale at the back end of the season ? Totally unworkable suggestion to relay the track and bed it down .
