Howarth. He is getting married on Saturday. Didnt know a guest could be used for a wedding event. Its in his contract. No riding a week before wedding as risking injury!

Guest is illegal.

A speedway rider getting married in October on their teams race night is a bit ridiculous!

An important off track piece of information has come out about Kyle Howarth. He is getting married on Saturday. And in his contract with the club it all states that he doesn’t ride for a period before his wedding for fear of injury ruining his big day. Now, if he is not getting married on Saturday, this news is a load of rubbish. But if he is, then no facility should be granted. So a NL rider should replace Howarth. The BSPA MC should look into this as a matter of urgency.

Glasgow used a guest in the Playoff last year for Marcin Nowak who was getting married, although that was on the day of the meeting. Pretty poor stuff really. I think Poole will win anyway, Leicester were awful over the last 8 heats.

Poole lost 47-43 in the league and 46-44 in the KO Cup at Leicester this season. It really should have been a 16 point win tonight but for an EF and a rerun, when both time Poole were on 5-1’s.

In the after meeting conference all Poole riders were frustrated with 8 points but said as one that the title was coming to Poole. Should make a thrilling and close second leg on Saturday. Poole are pretty good at Leicester.

Almost as ridiculous as a team manager only managing his team for southern matches and going on a golfing holiday during play off season :D

Having watched Poole at Leicester twice this season I have to say I think the title will remain in Dorset.

8 points will be too much of a big gap to pull back for The Lions & much like tonight the track will be a big leveller & make it gate & go. One thing is for sure Poole have some brilliant gaters.

But he not riding lol. Also if Leicester are allowed a guest anyway, why are they lying about him being ill. Guessing he really only allowed Saturday off not the whole week.

Think Leicester fans will be disappointed that the main men let them down towards the end of the match after the great start. All to play for though.

What a turn around to night, clearly Leicester thought they had it in the bag. This is not over by a long way.
Nice to see Kyle Howarth looking very chipper and full of beans in the pits tonight laughing and joking
Jeez those tablets must be something special to get him out of his sick bed, He will be on song at the weekend !!:t:

To come back from being dead and buried at 10 down to win by 8 shows the determination and resilience of the team. Ben Cook had a poor night by his standards but Zach was excellent especially his heat 14 win over Scotty. It was certainly a meeting of two halves. All set up for a great finale at Leicester if they can get their track sorted.

Are the Thompson twins really going to ride in the double header @ Mildenhall today, given the number of major crashes that have occurred there recently, often being attributed to difficult track conditions?
