Cheats always prosper. ;)

Not complaining because I'm going to make a lot of money on Belle Vue winning the league but I do agree with the majority and it's really not a good look for British Speedway, God help the sport in this country when the current older generation of fans can't turn up anymore.

I wouldn't count your chickens yet, Sheffield are a good team.

I tried my best but 10 heats of a foregone conclusion was enough for me

I think it was the fake enthusiasm of Kelvin Tatum that did it for me

That's cos we had Doyle in last heat deciders,  if we hadn't have,,, we would have lost 5 or 6 or seven at home and finished joint last with the panthers

Only in British Speedway could you get supporters thinking it would be better for a team to use a guest than sign an unattached rider!

Again you’re completely missing the point! Not sure many DO think it’s better to use guests actually. Supporters don’t make the rules and plenty don’t agree with a lot of them. The issue is expecting clubs to keep to the rules that they’ve all agreed to whether you agree with them or not.

Predictable result.

Hope that there were enough in attendance to pay  Lambert's wages :-)

:D was a dull affair for me, with it being so one-sided. Would've rather been at Monmore.

In my view, any rule that gets overridden and means that a guest isn't used, is only of benefit to the sport.

It's a like for like swap in reality.  Fricke a multi GP winner with a higher British average being replaced by a fellow GP rider, and we all know it's a genuine injury for Max and not a Poole esque fiddle.

This was a very rare example of the BSPL using some common sense. Don't expect it to become the norm folks.

You’re missing the point yet again! Whether you think it’s “sensible” is irrelevant! Oh never mind I give up.

Luckily for everyone watching the Witches riders are full of pride and absolutely gave everything. They kept the score so close the meeting was always on a knife edge.

They batter everyone there. Sheffield got done there by a similar score last week. When most clubs have an off night at home they lose, Belle Vue have an off night at home and they still win, just not by a landslide. By far the biggest home track advantage in the league.

You're not making any point that anyone other than yourself is remotely interested in.

If they have to make U turns to undo the bloody ridiculous rules they have in place then so be it.
