Emil can be granted a work permit, it can only be approved directly by the Prime Minister & / or Secretary of State for the Home Department & take up to 6 months. That still doesn`t alter anything- Emil is riding on a Polish licence and they will not give start permission for anywhere other than Poland.

You're talking about the PZM though, that's a separate conversation to be had. If they have granted his licence on the proviso that he remains in Poland then that is the end of the conversation. You didn't reply as to what "global citizenship" is, if it is indeed anything! And if it would take 6 months, then as I said, Emil will only be riding in Poland this year. It has already been stated multiple times in the Polish media that he will only be allowed to race in Poland in 2023. I think he just meant citizenship in another country, global citizenship is something completely different.

No chance of Emil then if that's the case unfortunately. Our government is far too pro Ukrainian for any of them to help a Russian out at this moment in time imo. It is the FIM who made this ruling in March 2022.

BSPA Office has confirmed that the 25% reduction works the same way as the 5% reduction, i.e. it's for team building. Therefore, Hume starts the season on 4.09, which would put him in the 1-5 ... he also needs to be at reserve. TTT
Hume unlikely to be in the side imo, Far from a lock that's for sure. Would've been officially signed, sealed and delivered before Christmas if he was a lock.

Gasser90
Just had it confirmed. Hume will be a Ipswich. What does that leave for the last rider
