Would hate to see Poland go down the average route, maybe only 2 GP riders per team

They could always use guests.:D

What’s up with Smektala these days absolute rubbish.

He seems to gate well then has no awareness as to where he should be on the track, letting more than one rider pass him at a time

Very good whem riding under no pressure, like he did for the first fair few years of his career in an ultra successful team..

Since he became "the man" he has struggled..

Injury replacement, the next sensation at 15 but got an injury last season.Still 16 I think.

Wow...

Got a touch of fhe Ben Cooks about him..

Yet another off the Polish conveyor belt..

If Leszno go down, he will earn a fortune as a junior for another team..

Dan and Tai setting themselves up for the GP. Well done to both teams and it would be good to see some of the second strings try out the British tracks. It would take you back to the days when the likes of Ipswich tried a few, some succeeded others were dire. Oh to see Jarek grace the U K scene. Whatever happened to Swirdeski?

Swiderski was at Krosno last season, but gone completly backwards.

Shame because when at Ipswich he tended to attack the track and was reasonably competitive. I know Ipswich had some dire riders and Hampel was one of the best but Gollob was worth the entrance money alone every week. Those were the days.

He's Ukrainian and 17, made a stunning debut at the back end of 2022 and Ekstraliga debut last season. He was one of my top 10 under 21's outside Poland in last season's Cheetahs' Chronicle.

Who was the decent reserve for Częstochowa the last few seasons but this season now over 21 has moved on, what was his name ?

Miskowiak?

Now at Gorzow...

Parnicki...

Where has he come from? B)

No 3?

Fair play to the lad..

He's 17 years old and came to Leszno from Ukraine when the war started. Made his debut last season against Toruń (as an injury replacement for Kołodziej) and won two heats, beating Robert Lambert in one, and Pawel Przedpelski from the back in the other.

Hugely talented, but can only race in the top 5 due to his nationality. He's essentially the U24 choice between him and Rew, but it's awkward as Rew's girlfriend for the past couple of years or more has been Peter Rusiecki's daughter, the Leszno boss. As has been said further down, he got injured and this has slowed him a little, but the talent is there for all to see.

I'd think he's certain to be in the team for the next few meetings, as Leszno have made clear they won't spend money they don't have to bolster their squad, preferring to continue with their own assets, giving them valuable experience. Many Leszno fans have been calling for weeks for him to be given the U24 slot, so it'll be interesting to see how it develops..

Here are Partnitski's two wins from last season against Toruń:

No other reserve

Are you talking about Swidnicki?

He was the one who partnered Miskowiak at reserve for Czestochowa.
