Wolves were comprehensively beaten earlier in the season when they all needed points,we got 55 on that occasion. While people keep saying it was a dead rubber for Wolves, the same could be said about it being a dead rubber for Lynn too. This thing about average reduction doesn't go on too much now like it may have done in years gone by,promotors can't afford it.Plus riders don't think like that, they think of their pocket first.

I don't go along with this riders deliberately not scoring to reduce their averages it's a job and they need to earn money to pay the bills just like the rest of us.

Brown envelopes

Use to happen occasionally BB,but they can't afford that now.Probably use to happen when many more people were coming through the gate and that would have been very rare.Wouldn’t have thought there were any brown envelopes tonight.Wasn't it Wolves that were rumoured to be struggling money wise before the season started.

I actually knew a rider that would try to reduce his average, not by deliberately throwing points. But he would have been quite happy to get a max but he would have been quite happy with 8+4 as opposed to 12pts.If he had to win a race he would have done his best to do it.

I might be wrong here but even the play offs aren't standard

Premier is 1 v 4

Championship top 6 then top can choose I think in semi

NDL balls in a hat I suppose

NDL 1 v 4  2 v 3

Topinka? He regularly appeared to be happy to let Simon Lambert take the win..

Can you remember when him and Darcy Ward both done it to each other, that was funny.I think Darcy throttled off first and with Topinka close by,by time he throttled off he crept over the line in front of Darcy.

I wasn't there, But look at Wolves scores. Averages are worked out on the last ten meeting now i think. I might be wrong. ;)

Not sure if it was average fixing tbh.

Wolves took a hammering at your place earlier this year as well, They did run R/R for Masters that night though.

Becker must hate the KL track, Luke hasn't done well on his previous visits either.

Rare off night for Masters.

Wolves reserves ghosting again which isn't a surprise.

The Wolf pack are cannon fodder in the play-offs.

Well the Panthers won't be fodder for anyone, as you're not in them.

Our Dad's Army already achieved their ultimate goal last year so they've got nothing left to prove.

Unlike Wolverhampton who persist with the same riders year after year and achieve nothing.

Call me cynical, but I’m not convinced the Sheffield Ipswich fixture will be done. That meeting could well change the finishing order of the table, meaning the play off pairings would have ended up being wrong. Does it make a big difference? Possibly not, but it wouldn’t be ideal. I just think the finishing order at the cut off point (Thursday) will remain the finishing order. Could be wrong of course!

Sorry but you will be wrong- all league fixtures will be completed before the 31st of October.

Don't see it happening in the Prem or the NL tbh. Half expecting the jubilee league to be abandoned to!
