I have just watched the re-run of the play off semi final  and when asked about Swindon Lee Kilby was practically in tears, so sad to see and to hear Roscoe and Lee were getting abuse is awful, who are these people who do this.

Regarding this meeting in Glasgow, i don't think it would have been run on Sunday if we hadn't hammered them at home but they no there is no chance of turning round the deficit so they just want to get the meeting out of the way and start planning for next season.

What’s the difference when they run it then. You Say they have no chance maybe they were listening to you.

If they had kept the score closer at Poole, they would think they had a chance therefore they would want their full team and apparently on BSN, Danyon Hume thought there was a slight possibiity he could be available for the 2nd leg.

He wants to ride, but he would be a fool to come back to soon.

I must say that I thought Drew would really kick on this season, hasn't really happened though.

IMO putting just under 2 points on your starting average is pretty good.

I think the concern with Drew is, when he doesn’t make the gate he struggles a lot. He certainly doesn’t lack ability but hasn’t lived up to the expectations everyone had when he burst on the scene in 2018.

He’s a good lad and I’m confident he’ll make another step up next season.

We will win or keep it close. 60-30 is far too big a gap to blow.

We have to come all the way up there for the Jubilee meeting as well in the next few weeks. Let’s hope the weather holds out.

Glasgow have the makings of a very good team and next year, if they build well, could well be title winners.

Cook has had issues. Hopefully they are sorted. Brennan is definitely one for the future. As is Ben Basso if they can keep him. Bailey? Great at home, poor away. Hume? Great lad and I would have kept him in the Poole lineup no doubt. Nicol. Not convinced. Incoming Pickering?

I am hearing the Championship points limit will be lower next season so Pirates will not have the luxury of three top riders at heat leader. Danny Ford said the Poole team would need changes because of this but he wanted to keep the nucleus of the team. Expect the Cooks, Lawson, King or Worrall.

Thought Pickering is off to Brum? I would expect it to be Lawson rather than King or Steve as being an asset.

Also he needs a good first race in a meeting otherwise he just gets too frustrated. But tbf he been keeping Zach at reserve, so not done too bad. He has had some really good meetings this year.

That is because both Cooks had poor meetings earlier in the year but on current for Kemp should be at reserve so we are lucky the way it has worked out.

Can't see it not alot of improvement in the last couple of seasons.

Assuming Glasgow would be looking to keep Cook, Brennan and Basso, Pickering wouldn’t fit anyway.

But if Basso were to leave, Josh would be an exciting replacement if he was available.

Earlier in the season I wasn’t sure about keeping Craig, but his average is quite generous now and he’s shown flashes of his old self over the last couple of weeks. And he’s popular up here.
