He does

I was under the impression the new football stadium was to be at the Embankment where the new Anglia Ruskin University campus is?

It is Peterborough United that are being talked about moving to the embankment not Peterborough City.

Ahh, not a Peterborough boy, lose track of the teams in the city. Peterborough United, Peterborough City and Peterborough Sports.

There's been a lot of talk about consistency as the reason for not picking Cook or Andersen, as some have said - what do you expect from a 5.5 rider.

I do feel "consistency" is an overused word on Speedway, as Paweł Przedpełski was far more consistent in the GPs than Dan Bewley, who had a far more successful season.

Or comments along the lines of "you don't want someone that beats heat leaders one week, but can't beat anyone the next, but what standard of scoring would you prefer?

Andersen: heat leader to reserve to second string then reserve again
Cook: HL one week, SS one week, res the next
Sedgmen: SS one week, res the other
Allen: res every week

Somebody who can put 5 points on the board every week lol.

Just realised I was referring to comments on the Leicester thread. But I suppose a strong team would prefer a rider scoring 5 each week, to ensure they win. A weak team may prefer 9 one week 1 the next, as the only way they can win is on the riders good days!

I'm fully expecting Hans, Ully to have a change or heart and maybe even Scotty in the line up.

Once you've announced your team tonight we will see what scraps are left

You might have yours sorted, and we have the scraps announced tonight:). I'll be surprised if Lynn isn't KK, Klindt, Picko, TJ, Tofty ,Freddie, and Jason Edwards.

I still think Zagar will be in our 1-7.

Hoping for Tungate though.

Only Polish riders in UK so far don’t have Ekstraliga spots, although the Poles have ‘allowed’ riders to ride in more leagues this season it looks like there’s an unwritten rule that if your Polish and in Ekstraliga you can ride in one other league and they are all choosing Sweden.
