Makes perfect sense (well in the kamikaze world of speedway promotion at least) if it was Rathbone, given his previous dealings with the sports administrators. The fault may not have been entirely Chapmans if there is indeed any substance to the story.

Ryan Douglas should really of been a Panther seasons ago ,so if they make 2024 and unfortunately Wolves dont hes got to be a target

Has to be our No.1 target and then build around him if Wolves go under after this year.

Well obviously it would be great if  both teams xame to thetapes in 2024. In Wolves  case, at the moment, doesn't look likely.:(
