Every season you throw out these little teases. Most of the time your correct as well. Still I’m not sure about Schlein coming back. Surely his kids will be settled In now. It’s a big thing to leave them all behind and come back to the Uk

Maybe his kids didn’t like Australia. I don’t know.

0% chance of Schlein  1 he’s retired and living back in Australia with his family 2 he’d never ride for Buster again after a big fallout at KL a few season ago .

I'm with you on that.

Personally I respect Phil's opinion but I can't see Rory riding over here after a year out.

To move his family to the other side of the world and call time on his career must have been a set in stone decision and not a half hearted one where he would backtrack after 12 Months.

Rory would be throwing away lots of money in the process and he'd have to get his entire family settled back in the UK again, With our country on it's knees at the moment with the cost of living and stuff it would be a big risk for Rory to move back to the UK, If he got injured then he's basically screwed.

I think he'll just do a few meetings in Aus just for old times sake.

I wouldn't be against him signing though as I think he's a good rider, team man and he can get around all types of tracks so he wouldn't have any issue scoring points.

Rory still had a lot to give. Retired too early for me. Yes he wasn’t getting any better but he sure wasn’t getting worse.

there are worse riders to have out there. And he’s a great team man

True.

Perhaps Schlein is doing what Crump did before he came back out of retirement a few meetings in Aussie to get in shape

Would he need to return the money he took from his farewell meeting ? Far to many farewells then they return these days

If hes the best Peterborough can get it shows the budget and ambition levels of the club

I have been questionable as to where we could get HL's from for a few weeks now tbh.

I still don't think we'll get him, It just doesn't make sense to me how someone would move to the other side of the world and then backtrack with immediate effect.

Moving from the UK to Aus had to be a fully committed decision and not a half hearted one that he wasn't really sold on from the get go.

With Crump he was never committed from the start imo, He only signed for Ipswich to make a few quid when he was over here supporting Seth, I remember listening to a podcast where Jason said he lost the passionate for racing years ago.
