TTT
Well a U-Turn on Russians is happening according to Polish media. Slag. This could be a breakthrough! TTT
Our management really wouldn't take a risk by going 2.30 under the limit imo because crowds will drop after half a dozen meetings and the club would lose a fortune. If the final three is Holder, Worrall and Andersen then people walk away before May and they'll use their money of Gas/Energy bills. Start the season with a double header against Ipswich led by Doyle & Emil so that's back-to-back defeats. Then after that it's a double header against Leicester and we've got no chance of winning at Leicester or winning the Bonus Point considering how strong Leicester's line-up looks around Beaumont Park, Lose at Home to Leicester (Possible when they've got Harris & Lawson) and that'll take us to 0-4 on the season with 0 bonus points. Finally to complete the fixture list in April we'd have a double header against Belle Vue and then a trip to Sheffield. (0-7 and 0 bonus points is likely) Edited January 27, 2023 by TTT

I certainly hope so, the bigger shock the better as far as I and many others are concerned.
Baldyman
Maybe the shock is Holder has been re assessed to 8 as his old average is too old to use Edited January 27, 2023 by Baldyman

JoeW436
Who wouldn’t want to ride for the best club in the country at the best track, we should be aiming for a top number 1 2

I follow Ritchie on Twitter and I saw some Tweets yesterday from him and he was having a back and forth with a couple of Ipswich fans over averages. 7.16 is still valid. Came across as a bit of a knob really the other fella was simply asking the question. Just pay your ‘kin money and keep quiet seems to be the jist! Thick as mince as well I’ll bet he’s the one in the wrong and can’t add up properly.

Someone suggested Cook and Holder and was told they didn’t fit. We know Cook is on 4.92 with his British reduction, which leaves 7.35. Holder’s last Green Sheet was the 7.16 you’ve mentioned, from his Kings Lynn stint in 2017 so how can they not fit? Can’t see any rule that would suggest that average is no longer valid and would have to be reassessed

Can’t see any rule that would suggest that average is no longer valid and would have to be reassessed The only way they wouldn’t fit is if Keynan Rew is in fact on a 5.00 average and not a 4.00. This is the problem when averages of signings are for some reason, not revealed. Mike Bacon I think was the only one who said Rew was a 4 in the local paper. That hasn’t been confirmed on the official press release or anywhere else as far as I can tell.

Rew on a 5.00 rather than the 4.00 reported elsewhere due to Keynan riding in the Danish top flight as well as riding in Poland (Nothing official in the Press Release about his average) or 2. Hawkins is hinting that you've signed a 6th rider already so you don't have enough points or team places left to fit them in. Witches1998
On witches website, Rew is a 4.00 they wouldn't put wrong one and highly doubt it would change after being announced Could be Holder got re-assessed to an 8.00 tieing in with a previous comment about iverson not being number 1 Edited January 27, 2023 by Witches1998
