Hans would be useful at number 6 ....in the 1-5 not good enough now ....but with B Cook having a lower ave its not going to happen ..

That's why I suggested that we let Ben Cook go for Troy Batchelor.

Hans can then ride at 6 and if he manages to get out of reserve then Batchelor or Worrall will ride at 6.

Can't believe so many fans are talking down Hans. They must have short memories.

Have people forgotten about the 2006 season? Hans was unbeatable and helped us beat the Reading Bulldogs.

Yes but it's 2023 now.

I suggested Batch for Cook too,,, but was told Cook is gonna be way better

Most promoters go for riders who are going to up their averages. Ben's will go up more than Batch's would. Ben will also have more match fitness than Batch as Batch doesn't even have a Champ place!

I agree but you use all available points surely

Hans at 2 with Ben Cook at 6 doesn't work for one obvious reason.

If Hans drops to reserve after the first set of GSA's then Ben Cook has to ride in the 1-5 after a handful of meetings when he's got no top flight experience.

The following 1-7 results in us getting close to the points limit as well as having Andersen at 6 for most of the season at worst and he'd only be replaced at 6 by Batchelor or Worrall who should clean up. Worrall done a fair few meetings at 3 for KL while Batch was riding at 5 for Ipswich.

NKI

Batch

Basso

Worrall

Holder

Andersen

I find it strange that some fans happily support other clubs just because it's where they live.

Moved from King's Lynn to Wolverhampton, absolutely no way I'd watch regular meetings here just for a Speedway fix.

I just don't get it

Me too, absolutely no way I could attend Speedway at the worst track in British Speedway. However, I’m pleased there are Wolves supporters that do. Small track Speedway is not for me. Each to their own.

They are not going to boot a rider they've announced

I know which is why we're stuffed imo.

Going to have a rider struggling to score well at No.2 all season now and our No.4 (Worrall) is never going to ride above his average on a consistent basis.
