Not necessarily. Would all depend of Rew. If he proves a success, swaps with Hume and holds his own in the 1-5 and chips in with a few handy points, then the team will do well. If he finds it tough even at reserve, then it’ll all fall apart. Keynan Rew would become the key rider. Bit unfair to saddle him with that pressure either way.

So yourself and many Ipswich fans are happy to throw Danyon Hume under the bus saddled with all the pressure of you all thinking he aint good enough, but think its unfair if an Australian has too much pressure.

No, I wouldn’t sign Hume, personally. I don’t think he’s good enough to hold his own in the 1-5, not even close. Rew I know very little about, he hasn’t even set foot in the country yet. At least Hume you could say is experienced, he’s ridden here now for many years and hasn’t just turned 20 so yes, I do feel that puts the young lad under too much pressure too soon. He has to start at reserve for me. (Rew that is).

The only one that would be throwing Hume “under the bus” would be Louis not the supporters. Supporters don’t pick the teams.

He has ridden in Poland? Can't get more pressure than that environment. Sure he'll fine whether it is reserve or SS.

Under 24’s isn’t it? Look I’m not saying he couldn’t handle it, I don’t know him personally. But for me the boy has never set foot here, doesn’t know any of the tracks and will do well to start the season after just suffering a horrible injury! He SHOULD, start at reserve.

Maybe CL believes in his ability to ride upto or above his actual average, as for KR lets see what he does, hopefully well. My point is why all the moaning and groaning, if my memory aint playing tricks didnt DH ride for Ipswich before and was dropped and lots of fans thought he shouldnt have been

Oh, only the U24s? I assumed he was in want for a better word the 'proper' teams. But yes if he can start at reserve that would be ideal but not the end of the world if he wasn't. Hopefully he is recovering well from his injuries.

Whether people rate him or want him in the team or not, IF he is in the side then the supporters will get behind him of that I have no doubt.

He raced in the 1st division for league winners Krosno last season. Did 7 matches for a 6.97 average, which was around the same as Berge and Becker had in that league.

But if Ipswich want to use Rew & Hume, but the rules declare Hume has to start in the top 5, the only other option is not sign him, how would that mean Louis throwing Hume "under the bus"?

By signing him knowing that? Dunno, ask the wrestling fella, he’s the one for buses and throwing.

If Peterborough get the rider's suggested the averages don't really matter as they'd have the quality throughout. Ipswich on the other hand would be dead, even with Sayfutdinov & Doyle as a top 2

Sayfutdinov is Russian therefore cannot ride in the UK.
