I think we've got a chance at signing Anders Thomsen because he doesn't ride in Sweden.

Be interesting to see what they'd do with his 8.29 average from 2016 which was attained in the second tier.

So the rumour is 42.5 with no rising start but any rider signed from the rising Star list will get a 25% reduction in their average

Flint

The way it was written if I have interpreted it correctly, it's only RS's who are retained.  So Panthers could only get 25% reduction on Mulford & Jenkins.

Whippy do then

Yes, if I have interpreted it correctly then it gives Wolves & Ipswich a huge advantage as they had two RS's who held their own last year, in the case of the Monmore outfit it is slight more fair as they had two riders on the RS list in their line-up all year.  But why should Ipswich get the benefit of Rowe deciding to take time out (don't remember him getting injured), Belle Vue only had Brennan because he didn't get injured or take time off.

Actually, having done the math, Belle Vue are still getting more out of this with the minimum average being 2.5 should Witches retain Hume & Rowe and Wolves retain Kemp & Flint neither will get a team building points advantage as much as Belle Vue get for retaining Brennan as Kemp & Rowe don't average much more than 2.5 anyway.

So Interest rates up today to 3% how many houses are the developer's of the showground expecting to sell in 2023 now with the increase in mortgage costs

Also have they completed the purchase of the area that the showground track and Grandstand sit on ,if so then maybe they may want as much use of the facility as possible to provide some revenue return which may lead to more frequent meetings and a longer agreement for the speedway to remain in place ???

I actually think Brennan, Flint, Mountain and Kemp will have decent careers. Jordan Jenkins jury is out but he did finish the season well.  Jordan Palin had the talent but has had some bad injuries and form was poor prior to them last season.
