Onto the match. I said Peterborough would win and at the 3/4 stage it looked like they would so well done to us for pulling that out the bag thanks to a brilliant ride from Brennan and Zagar.

wasn’t a bad meeting I thought . Not much passing granted but there was a lot of close racing. Sometimes you don’t need a pass for a good race.

good news about your return. See y’all next season where hopefully you have a better season

Have to agree that the racing wasn't the best tonight, there were races where the riders were closely bunched together but there just wasn't anything out wide, anyone trying to get some drive to go round their opponent went backwards. Odd that the track was hardly graded tonight when most of the time folk moan about the tractor racing, thought it was crying out for a spiking and some water but there you go.

Decent meeting in terms of the scores throughout though and great news about 2023. Also pleasing to see how Jenkins has progressed this year and his last couple of scores might make one or two eat their words.

I'd happily let them have Harris on that average, Basso on the other hand wouldn't make such sense at all as he's got so much more improvement in him.

What's vital is is Panthers need a couple of Heat Leaders next season and build around that.  I'd expect MPT to be back.

Not fussed about toft, more too that than what meets the eye

Care to elaborate or is this another I know something you don’t know but not going to tell you…..

No not at all, just find the entire thing really weird and off. Makes no sense too me, trust me if I knew I’d be saying, not one of these who gets excited about knowing gossip and not sharing it

Because I’ve been told that Harris loves Lynn and hates the showground…. Loves how grippy Lynn is. Also didn’t want too be back this year at the showground but they talked him round… And potentially basso because he’s done very well there every time he’s visited.

Talked him around or just the fact Oxford didnt go straight into premiership,  its interesting that Oxford have already announced there staying in the championship for 2023 so maybe they never had any intention to join the prem ,

Peterborough need to stay in the premiership as they would lose there identity as the Peterborough Panthers and would just become Busters B  feeder team , in truth they could really do with a Peterborough related person with the desire to take them forward after the showground goes , just dont see Buster having the fight to ensure they continue to exist,  he may just look for his compensation to get some money back then let it drift away ,

I wouldn't touch Harris, he's on 8.49. Second behind JD in the aves . Tofty  6.87, i'd rather Lawson 6.27. I'd take Basso;)

Basso is the only one I'd be disappointed to lose l, however if we had a whole new 7 I wouldn't be that bothered either.

I'd take Pickering in exchange for Harris.......

This team has run it's course and we had a great year from them that nobody can take away from us.

Behave .... ;)  I see where your coming from when you say you wouldn't mind a fresh 1-7 if it came to it.

Think your right regarding the Oxford situation think he would have been there ..Oxford can not used the Stadium on the Premierhip race nights I believe, hence the reason they are staying Premiership.

Went as a neutral last night.

Decent meeting. Not an awful lot of passing, but close racing. Large bias towards those off gates 1 and 3.

Heat 10 was a complete cracker of a race. When Hans Andersen lifted on the second bend of the last lap with the other three riders so close, I could see it ending in a pile up, and it was four abreast heading into the third turn, just in front of us, but everyone stayed on.  Great stuff from Bomber to fend off both Aces earlier in the race.

Basso passed Fricke on one wheel in Heat 5 after he lifted out of the second bend. Fricke's body language was "f*ck that, I've got a GP in two days time" because he shut off and can't blame him at all for that.

Reckon Nicholls should have gone down in Heat 14 after the contact - he would have got Blodorn excluded.

Belle Vue deserved the win, with good ride by Brennan in Heat 15 to not only get past King, but create the gap for Zagar as well. Jordan Jenkins very unlucky to be on the losing side, after great ride in Heat 8 to fend off both Aces, after his team-mate Andersen pushed past him and left him to it!

Great news that Peterborough are back in 2023.
