So this fixture has been announced. No idea on team line-ups as yet, other than the usual 1-7s for both, but may as well get things started.

Poole still unsure whether Steve Worrall will be fit or r/r.

Thoughts anyone?

What's happening to Cubs v Berwick?

Shame this isn’t scheduled for after the playoff final. Both clubs get to look at the others respective tracks before the big one.

Don’t think it matters really, both sets of riders have been at each other's tracks enough times to know what they need to do and both could be prepared differently from the cup meetings but that quite often catches the home riders out. Leicester are a very strong side, some would say the strongest in the league so it will be close but if we can beat them in the cup it will give us confidence for the playoffs.

Leicester are racing Poole in the cup not Glasgow

Glasgow and Leicester are the 2 strongest championship sides as proved over the season. Hopefully the final will be between these two

Probably will be. Can't see us getting into any final without Steve Worrall.

You can get a good guest and Poole often do well when the underdog

Like who? Scott Nicholls only good one and depends if Plymouth already booked him and also can only use Scott at home. Then we are down to Batch or Flint ( who tbf was good at Poole with Berwick) but Steve good for 8-12 points home and away.

Suppose alway r/r. Lawson, King, both cooks/drew take a ride. More pressure on lower team though.

Whilst guests can only ride for one team in a two legged tie, they're not tied to that team only in the playoffs.

Nicholls could ride for Plymouth in Q/F then ride for Poole in S/F
