A SHPO covers a huge range of things and I fell foul of it while trying to make space on my old 16gb iPhone. I actually told my manager what I had done and thought nothing of it until I got a summons and small fine. I was involved in the very lucrative adult entertainment business and without knowing it we overstepped U.K. Law. I got out of it straight after and have never been tempted to return. Receiving the SHPO was a joke but they were all the rage for judges at the time. It has never affected me in any way other than embarrassment.
