garf
Come on vikings of the north. who are the vikings of the south then Must be a few "left-overs" from the raids. You will be able to recognize them as they are usually having long red hair and a hat with horns in.

robpeasley
Having a semi-final and final at the end will turn these meetings into a lottery. Tonight Seb scored a 15-point maximum but then still had to avoid last in his semi-final to qualify. Well done to Seb - it sounded like he was handed a bum deal with the gates (gate 4 in both his semi-final and final - surely the top qualifier should have choice of gates?) but still came through. Congratulations to Seb & Puk, and also the British boys. Shock that neither Dryml qualified, though. All the best Rob

SPARKY/JAYNE
Just found out what happened in heats 19 and 20. Heat 19 J. Kolenko fell whilst on the 3rd lap and was excluded. In the re-run K. Slabon and A. Dryml were excluded under the 2 minute rule. Heat 20 R. Pedersen and D. Norris both fell whilst on the last lap and were both excluded. Results:- 1st. W. Jagus 2nd. S. Ulamek 3rd. N.K. Iversen 4th. D. Norris 5th. S. Robson 6th. R. Pedersen all qualify 7th. L. Dryml Reserve Regards Jayne
HenryW
Having a semi-final and final at the end will turn these meetings into a lottery. Tonight Seb scored a 15-point maximum but then still had to avoid last in his semi-final to qualify. Have to agree. A one-off qualifier shouldn't have this set-up. I can understand it in the GP's themselves with their unique race format and 9 rounds to level out, but the qualifiers should be about the top 6 after everyone has raced each other. If the gates for the semi and final were determined by a random draw, that's even worse! The Dryml boys must be gutted, After racing everyone once, Lukas was in joint 3rd and Ales in joint 5th, but neither of them made it through! Also, Kaj Laukkanen's performance doesn't inspire much confidence that I'll be enjoying his perfomancies in the GP this year. Looks like he could be this years Smudger Edited May 8, 2004 by HenryW
