Most people already been there for nearly 2 hours to see TEN minutes of racing so far! Its not necessary and people will get fed up with being in the stadium for 2 1/2 hours for 15 mins of racing! But whilst they are at the Speedway they are not using their own lighting and heating at home, so saving money...
