Redcar are terrible. Making a weak looking Glasgow team look good. Really poor from Redcar.

Fancy our chances against them. No worries of finishing third. Poole will be very hard to beat over two legs. Fancy a Leicester v Poole final.

Your self entitled arrogance knows no bounds.

Well done lads job done take a bow Spud rolling back the years.

Well done to the Tigers on a hard earned victory.  Obviously gutted as a Bears fan and thought a draw would have been a fair result but not to be.

Was a bit worried when I saw Lewis off one in Heat 15 and my fears proved correct.

Hope Cook is ok after his horrible looking crash, Charles picked up drive and left him nowhere to go. Fair play to Tom Brennan and a brilliant choice of guest in Spud. Was a great servant to the Bears and a big loss to British speedway when he goes home.

Charles and Jason picked a bad night to have their worst nights of the season and King did ok but he’s no Erik Riss (awaits 12 pages of Poole fans replies ;) ) but what a night for Jordan Jenkins, simply fantastic.

Despite losing it was cracking entertainment - bit of everything, good racing, bit of controversy (all 4 back anyone?), lead changes and a last heat decider. We may not have the strongest team but you get to entertained at Redcar.

2 crashes tonight. Must mean Redcar isn't suitable for championship level racing :rofl:

I like this sarcasm, Redcar is very similar to our track in a lot off ways been a few times and never left disappointed at the entertainment.

Enjoyed that tonight obviously winning against all odds helped that enjoyment but it takes two teams going at it on a proper racetrack to get that entertainment factor.

Yeah wide bends short straights as you say not much in them. Both excellent tracks which rarely disappoint for entertainment. Great nights viewing no matter the result (other than cookie going for an ambulance)

Good meeting, good stream, great result. Redcar used the extensive track grade after ht8 to their advantage to turn the meeting back in their favour. Same extensive regrade after ht12 but didnt quite have the same effect. Use everything within your control to maximum effect as the home team. Wonder if anyone from Glasgow noticed?

Asking for a friend.

To be fair, they do the same amount  of track grading every meeting, don’t think it was tactical, but I get your point.

Johnny Swales likes to add 40 mins to every meeting. Spends an awful amount of time on track during meetings. Did it at Newcy as well .

Needs to remember its riders on bikes the crowd pay for not ex riders on tractors. Even Hayley said on at least two occasions the tractor should be coming in any time now and five minutes later they were still out.

Remember last season when Berwick were winning was like watching Countrytfile tractors were out that much

Havvy on comma made it fun tonight but 15 races starting at 7-30 and finishing at 9-50 is way too long

Yes it’s too long, but we had 3 lengthy stoppages after crashes, ambulance out a few times and that added a lot of time to the meeting.

Even with all the grading, meetings usually are done well within 2 hours at Redcar. If you want a decent track throughout the meeting you have to work on it.

Unfair criticism in my opinion.

Well done Glasgow. I thought Redcar were going to sneak it at the end. I suppose at least coming 3rd means keeps the riders race fit. :t:So just whether we are against Scunthorpe or Redcar.

Yes well done to Glasgow on grabbing 2nd place. We Pirates just had too much of a blip & vital points escaped us.

But now it's time to focus on the battle ahead and whoever we get in the quarter final better be ready for us as we are on a very strong run of unbeaten results.

C'MON THE PIRATES :t:

Toot Toot :)
