In years gone by you could maybe make a case for a Div 1 tracks' fans being interested due to the "novelty" of seeing riders that they ordinarily wouldnt watch... Hence the crowd level may be profitable with enough home team fans turning up.. However, nowadays. Every Div 1 track sees Div 2 Riders appearing there week in week out, so zero novelty and pretty much zero interest off the back of that I would suggest..
