Meeting due to start around 8:30

A shame they didn't make this sort of effort to get meetings on within the season......

Awww bless, still at it with your Sheffield obsession. Life down your way must be so riveting.

Speedway UK throughout has been 1 big s**t show for various reasons as we all know this year. Massive changes needed.. FULL STOP

Congratulations to the Tigers, a deserved trophy.

Bit processional at first, but by the end there was some really good races.

Anybody see what happened in the pits with Jorgy- summats about knocking Kyle’s bike and dad over?

Well deserved trophy win shame we couldn’t field our own 7 riders but with all the traumas of this season at least we’ve won something. Well done to track staff  great effort after all the bad weather we’ve had in the last week or so. Glad to see Jack and Tobi back next season. Well done Tigers  riders  manager and promotion

Congratulations to Sheffield on winning the trophy- but such a shame the final couldn’t have been run at the conclusion of qualifying meetings back in the summer . Very doubtful if the league cup and Pairs will happen in 2023 .

Any obsession I have is is with the woes that befall the sport - failure to run fixtures to the end , failure to complete meetings within deadlines , inability to prepare and repair,  team changes and manipulation , self interest and incompetence

It's not my fault that it happens to be Sheffield that are the ones ticking most of the boxes along with at the end in the Championship Leicester  - oh hang on we have a common denominator

The entire calendar needs to be sorted. League cup final before end of April  league play offs and final before mid September and finish with pairs mid September to early October. When competitions are strung out like this league cup campaign there’s hardly any interest in the final. All clubs need to get their act together

I agree with all you say - any interest in the league cup has long gone sadly - I would add to what you put - British final needs run well before Cardiff so if it does get called off like this season it can be re arranged in time before the GP so the wild card can be decided on the track not in the pits .
The whole sport needs a almighty shake up but my guess it be same old as per usual

The pits are that small he probably ran into him by accident.

But speedway needs this sort of aggro. It’s happens way to little nowadays

Completely agree - used to love a good scrap after a race, added to the atmosphere! Very very rarely happens anymore

Where are todays Garry Middletons? Used to love watching Garry when he appeared at your track, he nearly always managed to upset someone always some fans but sometimes other riders, the ref, manager or promoter. Happy days.
