HGould
It was a cracking meeting when run at Somerset in 2019. All teams seemed to be near full strength, massive crowd and some exceptional racing. No longer the depth of talent though there was even then. geoff100
I might be way off the mark here but perhaps the pay rates might be at basic level and the riders just dont want to ride for that level, save myself for poland ! 2

BSPA proposed that in order to save Bomber's time as stats show he is the highest average rider at several teams, tonight's meeting would incorporate The British Final, The PLRC and The CLRC. However Bomber rejected this suggestion on the grounds it did not include the NDLRC.

LisaColette
Well whoever is or isn't riding, let's just hope for some good racing! Feel for Edinburgh though, as with Sam and Josh surely they would have won it.

Ovalman
The Ox, home advantage, and Bombers Berwick look dangerous. Bomber loves the Oxford track. Rode well for Oxford and Berwick there. Edited August 12, 2022 by auntie doris

marko
Will probably be a dust bowl too in this weather, unless a lot of shale goes down to retain as much moisture as possible.

Ghosty
What has happened with the pairs only reflects the current state of G.B. speedway it's in dire straights & nobody on the BSP? seems to realise. Heads in the sand!
