But wouldn't he come in on an average of over 11. (See rules set out in 10.2.1). You use most recent established MA, which is 2019 Prem (times 1.5) and NOT 2018 CL average.

That would surely be prohibitive.

I think there is a bit of confusion, I was originally talking about Jackobsen who recently signed for Kings Lynn and had a Premiership average of 5.04 so could be a replacement for Cook at Glasgow. Klindt was mentioned in a discussion with Lisa but as you say the converted average would make any move highly unlikely.

Feel for Oxford. This should be highlight of their very successful season relaunch turning into bit of a farce.

I agree, some of the teams are reserve level not heat leader level. Someone said they won't care as tickets sold but I think they will care as it will look bad on them and not great for TV.

You can never tell how good or bad a speedway meeting will be regardless of the riders taking part. The BSPA are only interested in taking in the cash. That’s why they probably chose Oxford given there crowd levels.

bought tickets early as thought they might sell out, should have waited would then have not bothered, wont ever buy again until day of the meeting then decide.be pretty hollow nay meaningless victory for whoever wins.british speedway is on such a downward spiral at breakneck speed i fear it now cannot be saved

While it is big disappointment with riders pulling out for various reasons I will still be there enjoying a night out at the speedway.
