Birmingham vs Plymouth 13/7/22 CJL

Recommended Posts

Some very good racing tonight, particularly after the interval. Cracking duel between Barker & Sedgmen for all 4 laps in Heat 13.  Final race not too shabby either, brilliant double pass on Barker by both Pickering & Sedgmen that took him by surprise!

Pity the crowd was so low again as they missed a very entertaining match.

I don’t want to be a doom monger as I previously posted well done Birmingham but are the crowd levels really that worrying it’s the second city for gods sake what sort of promotional work do they do up there.

You need to understand the demographic of the city. Not enough people are interested in speedway. It's as simple as that. The world promoting champion would struggle. Honestly.

Well I got the home win bit right. As soon as I saw they had Josh Pickering at no1, I thought that! Shocked at the scale if it tbh.

Shocking results all round tonight !!

Oxford getting 40 against the mighty Bandits was a shock :D
