Yes agree it was a difficult meeting with some good performances by bv lads but again disappointed about inconsistent Zagar = 5 + 1..!!! He is a very expensive luxury for us and not even trying. He clearly has little or no motivation. But will lemon have the balls to sack him?

Were you there? He definitely was trying but just made poor starts and did pass a couple of times. It was a pretty good meeting tonight, plenty of action.

Agree - he was not gating at all - for someone not trying he managed to pass a couple of witches riders.

Batch was superb tonight best I have seen him ride ever possibly!

Was thinking of going, but have decided against.

You should have - was a decent meeting some decent passing and racing and the crowd the most animated for a long time apart from the super heat last meeting

He was the difference tonight. After dodgy start he was superb.

Can’t remember what heat it was, but there was one ride mid meeting where he was under severe pressure and he was constantly looking behind him, but then suddenly completely changed his line and cut off an attack instantly. Very intelligent ride.

Think that was the race he was trying to protect Hume. He also done another line change to block Fricke from passing going into bend one in another heat. He is defo an intelligent rider.

He’s a 39 year old. He will always be better at home than away.

Age is irrelevant phil, he’s good one week and hopeless the next. 5 points is not good for such an experience ex GP rider as Zagar. The point is half of our meetings, including the play offs are away. He needs to shape up and deliver as I agree with others who do we replace him with??

Yes and at that point he was the first rider to lower Frickes colours as well - let’s hope that form continues next week!

Last time the Aces were at Foxhall it was Fricke who had the ‘’ mare!

His averages this season up to 11th July are Home 11.13,  Away 5.68.He clearly loves the NNS, but his away average very poor so far. It should be 7+ in this league imho

Lemon should tell Zagar to ship up or ship out…will he? Imo Lemo is a very poor manager and it’s not his money that’s being spent on keeping Zagar. Just saying.
