Ipswich v Belle Vue 14th July

Recommended Posts

Aussies saved Aces blushes, Zagar needs to be scoring better than that. At least Aces Foxhall visits are over unless the two teams meet in the playoffs.

10 point defeat without wright and Jye isn’t bad. I’ll take that.

Yes agree it was a difficult meeting with some good performances by bv lads but again disappointed about inconsistent Zagar = 5 + 1..!!! He is a very expensive luxury for us and not even trying. He clearly has little or no motivation. But will lemon have the balls to sack him?

He’s a 39 year old. He will always be better at home than away.

And replace him with who?

Get rid of Zagar and any chance you may have of winning the title will go with him.

Were you at the meeting? The suggestion zagar wasn’t trying tonight is utter bs

Can Ipswich beat Belle Vue over two legs in this years Grand Final? On tonight's showing it's certainly possible if the can keep within touching distance of Belle Vue around the NSS.

Zagar is almost unbeatable around the NSS so sacking him would be a brain dead move.

Matej's spent a good few years away from Britain riding throttle jockey Polish tracks so he just needs to get dialled in on the technical British tracks again that require extra skills which he will do come the play-offs.

I think you may meet again in the play offs.

They will unless Doyle gets injured imo.

As it currently stand both Wolves & Sheffield are just cannon fodder in the Semi-Finals.

Aces can't change their line-up once declared.  Wright is named at 4, so they have to use R/R at 4.

Was thinking of going, but have decided against.

Its speedway, "they" can do what they want and at any given time and without prior knowledge.

I don't think they should be allowed to change the riding order once declared. There's no need & just messes up everyone's programmes.
