It is once again the case that the injury must be a new one caused during the meeting. (Which is not what the rule actually says.) I'm guessing this is sour grapes from KL It is a very bad change as it puts the power in the hands of the medical officer (which is why it was changed in the first place) I recall bwitcher (what ever happened to him?) once taking issue with someone who had stated that speedway was often guilty of changing rules after the commencement of the season and suggesting that it wasn't the case asking for examples to back the claim?
