Alex and Allit both stated in Thursdays program that they can't find any suitable replacement for Niels and hope to have him back in August as polish fixtures winding down. Possibly too late by then though

Especially once you factor in the 28 day ban AFTER he is ready to return

That should be 28 days AFTER the last time KL use a facility for him.....

Cook at number 1 tomorrow for Stars, on his former home track. Can only see another defeat for Kings Lynn.

You never know what your going to get with Cookie. Guesting for the club that let him go after 2 meetings last season, riding against BV where he spent 6 years of his career.  It's the old box of chocolates thing. I'd like to think he could score 7. But who knows.. 56-34

Theres now even another side to Cook in the fact hes not the dominating rider of Ashfield anymore as the test match showed on Saturday at Glasgow,  you really cannot judge him at all these days on what sort of performance he will put in,

Hope Cook is more interested in racing than he was last Monday.

Was there anyone else better available? Crazy when he isn't even HL for his own team!

No. NKI low average rules out Holder & Ellis, Doyle & King. P'boro & Wolves are in action so their riders are busy.

Cookie has only averaged 5.60 this season so far

The stand out name would be Musielak, but he hasn't gone well at the NSS, and could well be out of the country?. Then you have Batch,  so that's a big no no:). Howarth is averaging more than Cook and always gives it a go. Then you drop to Riss, so mot much choice to be fair. Maybe Howarth over Cook. TBH i don't think it will make much difference who we had out of them mentioned. Can only see a wide BV win.

Howarth didn't ride at Glasgow in Saturday due to Covid so is presumably still unavailable.

I'm not usually one for doing down my teams chances but we are in for a clattering tonight I fear.

Guesting for Plymouth on Tuesday apparently though!

I'll be watching it, but think it will be a hard watch for Stars fans.

After missing a really good meeting last week that would have been good viewing on tv Eurosport again serve up a duck egg. Can only see a big home win with the majority of the fans staying at home to watch it on tv if not watching the womens euro game. They do seem consistent in picking the wrong fixture for tele. Im going for two reasons, a couple of hours out in the sun and not having to listen to Sam waffling on. Lets hope Lynn can at least make it a race meeting.

We should be looking at hitting 60 again here.

If the big six zero has been achieved previously by the Ace's this season it can only have been the visit of the Panthers.

If Ace's ride like they did last week it will be ridiculously one sided.

Indeed .... the Aces hit 64 v. the Panthers.

Would surely have been 60 last week had Max Fricke not started to slow with the Aces on a 5-1 in heat 15, and then came to a halt.
