BERWICK v POOLE July 9th 7.30pm

Recommended Posts

Saturday sees the home debut of new Bandits Jonas Knudsen and Nathan Stoneman in a meeting being streamed live around the planet by the BSN.

Jye Etheridge returns to home-track action as well, Berwick being able to track a full 1-7 at Shielfield for the first time since April.

Please note the 7.30pm start, this to allow spectators who have been watching the GB/World Test Match at Glasgow sufficient time to reach Shielfield Park after the Ashfield meeting closes.

FTS Bandits:  1 Chris Harris (capt), 2 Theo Pijper, 3 Jye Etheridge, 4 Ricky Wells, 5 Leon Flint, 6 Jonas Knudsen, 7 Nathan Stoneman

Pirates:  1 Steve Worrall, 2 Drew Kemp, 3 Danny King (capt), 4 Zach Cook, 5 Richard Lawson, 6 Ben Cook, 7 Nathan Ablitt

To encourage their preferred policy of pre-payment, the club will continue their "Kids Go Free" deal for customers who book their tickets online.

Adults £17, Concession/OAP/Students £13, accompanied Juniors (12-15) £5 -- free if booked online.  Accompanied Children (Under 12) £1 -- free if booked online.

Has this been put back to half 7 specifically to allow "the guest" to ride in the test match?

Now Now you should know by now you're not allowed to ask questions on the Berwick thread.

Riders 3 and 4 will decide whether berwick win

Rider 3 I'm not worried about at home. Rider 4 seriously worries me right now with how off form he is.

Shortly going to be catching the train from Bathgate (Armadale) to Berwick to catch the 2nd part of the Northern Tour.

Berwick never an easy place to go to for an away team but the Pirates will be up for the challenge of getting sum points on the board after last night's defeat.

5 Weeks since Bandit's last competitive home meeting, fingers crossed we end our losing streak at home. My predictions have been poor this season but going for a 47-43 home win

Realistically it's not going to happen. But I live in hope!
