Bagpuss
So if I've got this right it's at one of the furthest flung tracks on a midweek evening and not being streamed?

I think you might have that wrong. I'm pretty sure BSN had already advertised that they were including this in their annual and monthly subscriptions as well as the pairs from Oxford.

Why wouldn't it be streamed? Sure BSN would and if not the club would do it anyway. Though not sure on pricing as extra heats than normal? Great that it's being streamed, I read a discussion earlier in the thread and obviously got the wrong end of the stick.

Pinny
Certain events in many sports have a spiritual home, in Speedways case the home of the PLRC is Sheffield. Enjoyed some great Sunday afternoons/ evenings back in the day there watching Anders and Wato. Always a huge crowd and great atmosphere. They were the days. When Stoney was Mr Workington, Wilson for Sheffield, Carr for Edinburgh, Pickering for Stoke , Wato for Newport, Coles for Exeter, Lanham for Arena, Thorp for Hull etc…. When clubs had proper, loyal , long term number ones. So sad to see how low the sport in the UK has fallen.

poole keith
looks like a bad decision for speedway not running it on a saturday, very rarely can you ever work out the thought processes of the people making these decisions
