Is it time for video replays in Speedway? Especially for on the line close finishers when the race points are dished out. Last night on the BSN the replay clearly showed that Summers won heat 3 on the line but the ref gave it the other way. Didn't make much difference in the grand scheme of things but the ref also gave a  decision on Monday at Peterborough to Jordan Jenkins when most people i would have thought could see that Dan Thompson got the point... which in the end cost Sheffield an away victory. 

I know people will throw up cost as a reason not to do it but we live in 2022 and you can easily setup a mobile phone on a tripod to review such close finishes, cost should not be an issue for this.

Using a transponder system that's used by just about every other motorsport would solve such problems. Don't even need video replays, even if they can also be linked to a timing system as a backup check.
