Common sense...considering the distance of opposition.

Birmingham need to do the same, although Oxford is only down the road!

A bit premature surely considering Berwick down at Plymouth last night

Are there other problems?

Yeah, the other problems are a possible thunderstorm but at least heavy rain hitting between 7-9pm!!

Not all Poole riders are nearby, Steve Worrall has a long way to travel just to sit and wait for the heavy rain to hit

So we came down for a few days break and planned to go watch the Speedway later. Called of early so I hope they have called it right or its another annoyed supporter who wont be coming back

I shall now pray for rain tonight but seek return for the next 2 home meetings as I too am a travelling down.

Call off just doesnt make any sence,Berwick riders are already in the area,no other sport happening at the stadium now greyhounds have gone, and if the owners of Poole speedway are this lazy,Poole speedway will be gone as well.If may have been a differant story if the Berwick team had to travel, Cant think of any reason not to give the meeting  a go,as the rearranged fixture most prob will race on a chilly overcast night!!!

Are you for real? The decision was taken early as the evening forecast  is for rain and with the possibility of thunderstorms.

Now if the forecast turns out to be inaccurate then have your say.

Apart from heavy rain from 5-11pm!!  You pay for the rent and all the wasted riders fuel then

I don't see how it can be inaccurate though, the chance of heavy rain during the meeting is 93% and 4mm worth of rain.
